Dom is a marketing professional, graphic designer, and operations specialist based in Jersey, Channel Islands. With over 15 years of experience spanning branding, digital design, project management, and client services, Dom brings a unique blend of creative flair and strategic thinking to every project. He holds a BSc in Multimedia Production & Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Media Graphic Design, which laid the foundation for a dynamic career across both the private and public sectors.

As a co-founder of Island Solutions, Dom played a pivotal role in building a successful marketing agency, working with a wide range of clients to deliver targeted campaigns, lead generation, and branding strategies. He later launched his own venture, First Solutions, where he continues to offer freelance graphic design and communications services, helping brands tell their stories visually and effectively.

Beyond design, Dom has led technical and administrative operations in high-pressure environments, including roles with Health and Community Services and Digital Jersey. From managing reporting systems like DATIX to coordinating cross-functional teams and improving workflow processes, his work is driven by a commitment to clarity, quality, and continuous improvement.
